DoorGuard Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 15, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DoorGuard ("DoorGuard," "we," "us," or "our"). By enrolling in DoorGuard, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to enroll in DoorGuard.

2. Membership DoorGuard is a monthly subscription that provides residential garage door maintenance and repair benefits as described on guardyourdoor.com. Benefits and pricing may change; current terms are posted on our website.

3. Billing Your membership is billed monthly to the payment method you provide. You authorize us to charge that payment method for each billing cycle until you cancel.

4. Cancellation You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing enroll@joindoorguard.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial-month refunds are issued unless required by law.

5. SMS messaging If you opt in to DoorGuard SMS, our SMS Opt-In & Consent terms at guardyourdoor.com/sms-opt-in apply. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Service Covered services are performed by licensed, insured technicians. Service availability depends on your location and scheduling. Some repairs may require additional parts or labor not included in membership; we will disclose any out-of-pocket cost before performing work.

7. Warranty disclaimer Except as expressly stated, services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to DoorGuard is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Changes We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new Effective Date.

10. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
