What messages you'll receive After you opt in, DoorGuard may send SMS messages related to:

Message frequency Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Most members receive fewer than 4 messages per month.

How to opt in You can opt in to DoorGuard SMS in any of the following ways:

Provide written or verbal consent to a DoorGuard representative and confirm by replying YES to the confirmation text we send

Sample consent language (shown at enrollment) "By checking this box and submitting this form, I agree to receive SMS messages from DoorGuard at the phone number provided, including membership confirmations, service updates, appointment reminders, and occasional maintenance tips. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to unsubscribe. Consent is not a condition of purchase. I have read and agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service."

How to opt out — STOP You can cancel DoorGuard SMS messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation message, and then no further messages will be sent. If you want to rejoin later, you can opt in again using any of the methods above.
